I think this video is a good introduction to what a circle and its graph are like. I think it would be helpful if Mr. Ramirez made sure to explain that we should always slice the cone with plane parallel to base of the cone in order to make a circle. If we do not slice parallel to the base, we may not end up with a circle.

I like the way Mr Ramirez grabs the viewer's attention by moving the screen and underling when he is explaining important points. Mr Ramirez presents many important facts about the circle and I like that he clarifies the definition. I wish he had explained that the x and y in the equation for a circle is a point along the outside of the circle. Otherwise, he did a nice job explaining the equation of a circle as well as the circle as a conic section. Small detail but when showing that h and k represent the center point, the dot was quite large and confusing as it appeared h and k represents the inner area of the circle.
