This video is a good example of using Newton's Second Law. Mr. Ramirez shows how to write and solve equations from a word problem, which is very helpful. One improvement that could be made-- Newton's Second Law could be stated separately before the problem, then the problem could be displayed clearly as an application of Newton's Second Law. Otherwise, this video is quite helpful.

Mr. Ramirez does a good job explaining the problem such as what foamcrete is and what equations to use. I feel like he could have been a little more communicative about the equations; an explanation of using the first equation to find a

_{x }to use in the next equation with Force would have been helpful information. Also, his work goes off screen for a second and it happened to be a time when it was hard to follow what step he was taking. Again, an explanation of units would have been helpful. As well as why Force was negative in that particular equation and why it turns positive.
