Dulce organizes her work well and is easy to follow. At the beginning, the negation needs further clarification (only the absolute value side of the equation needs to be negated). It would be nice to explain why we set up two equations and why one equation needs to be negative. Also, just a small thing, the solutions are an 'and' situation not 'or' and it would have been nice to see both answers plugged in to the original equation which would have shown how two different x values can produce the same solution in absolute value equations.

In this video, I like that Dulce uses colors to distinguish between the two equations. I also like that she explained every step clearly. It would be helpful if she explained how she got to the negative and positive equations. After she writes them, we can figure out that one is multiplied by -1 but it would be nice to have that explained beforehand.

Dulce does a good job showing the steps and explaining how to solve it as she goes. One thing that I felt as rushed was the explanation on why we need two equations when solving absolute value equations. It would be nice if we were given a description on why that's the case because it would clear any confusion.
